How much is CRO?

What tools do you use for CRO?
We are technology-agnostic so we make sure the tools we use are the right ones for the job. We use Google Analytics to measure website data and highlight opportunities alongside a CRO platform. We have used platforms like VWO, Optimizely, Google Optimize, Crazy Egg and more.

What website elements do you A/B test?
What we test depends on where we highlight the opportunities are on your site. On some sites, we test Call to Action buttons. On others, we test imagery or layout. Sometimes, we do a full split test if necessary. In most cases, we do a combination of all of them as we go through the roadmap.

How do you calculate conversion rate uplift?
You calculate the conversion on the variation minus the control and divide that by the original control. We have a CRO calculator that will help you with this calculation.

Do you do whole page redesigns or widget creation?
Yes! If we see that the best opportunity is to redesign the page, we run a split test between the two pages. On some occasions, we create a widget that may help convert the user. With our development capabilities within the team we’re able to do more than just simple tests.
